Local Delivery Items (Miami Area)
Items delivered locally are final sale and not eligible for return. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of deliverywith photos at sales@shopjaysfurniture.store and we'll arrange an exchange.
Shipped Items
We accept returns on shipped items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Because many of our products ship directly from warehouse partners, customers are responsible for return shipping costs — unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
How to Start a Return or Exchange
Contact us at sales@shopjaysfurniture.store before sending anything back. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted. Once approved, we'll provide instructions on how and where to send your item.
Exchanges
The quickest way to exchange an item is to return the original and place a new order once your return is accepted.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can help resolve the issue.
